To Enable Cookies:
From the main menu bar select Tools
From the Tools menu select Options
Click on the Privacy tab
Put a checkmark next to Accept cookies from sites
You could also click on Exceptions for a specialized cookie treatment
Click on OK
To Enable JavaScript:
From the main menu bar select Tools
From the tools menu select Options
Click on the Content tab
Put a checkmark next to Enable JavaScript
Click on OK
